BDS Technology

The whole stack, engineered in-house.

Every system the group runs on — the transport management system, the CRMs, the AI email agents, payroll and hiring — was designed, built and is operated by our own engineering team in Lahore. Nothing here is rented; when a company needs a tool, we ship the exact one.

Platforms in production

Live systems, not slideware.

These are screens from platforms in daily use across the group. Click or scroll through the steps — each one is a system a team signs into every working day, shown exactly as they use it, with all records blurred out.

Attendance & payroll

Fingerprint-clock punches become payroll with no manual step in between — paired into arrival, breaks and checkout, overnight shifts kept as one business night, breaks paid up to an hour, and late arrivals flagged. It never guesses.

AI follow-up agent

A label-gated email agent that reads the whole thread before it writes, drafts the next follow-up in the account owner's own voice, stops the moment a prospect replies, and never sends the same touch twice.

Transport management

The system the freight business runs on — quotes, loads, carriers, customers and facilities on one board, with margin, AR/AP and settlements tracked per load from booking through invoice.

Freight sales CRM

A cold-sales CRM built on a freight data model rather than a generic one — lanes, shippers and opportunities, with call outcomes, pipeline stages, fair lead distribution and click-to-call from the record.

About these screenshots Every screenshot on this page is taken from a production system. Names, figures and records are blurred before publication; the layouts and workflows are exactly what our teams use.

Also engineered in-house

Employee records & documents A master record per employee with salary structure, plus generated offer letters and salary slips — no templates filled in by hand.
Hiring suite A timed candidate assessment plus the HR pipeline behind it — applicants, interviews, onboarding and analytics in one system.
Lead engines Multi-source prospecting with email-verification gates, so the sales floor only ever works verified contacts.
Content command centre An SEO/AEO operations board that plans, drafts and human-paces publishing across the group's sites.
Client portals Branded onboarding and reporting portals for the media companies, so clients always know where their coverage stands.
Inbox routing Routes cold-email replies into the team's real inboxes without breaking either platform along the way.

Self-hosted inference

Our AI runs on hardware we own.

The AI in these platforms is not an API subscription. It is an always-on GPU box the group owns, serving open models over a private tunnel to every agent and tool that needs them — the follow-up agents, the drafting tools, the lot.

Owning the box matters for two reasons. The first is cost: there is no per-token charge, so an agent can afford to re-read an entire email thread before every draft, write a reply, discard it and try again — behaviour that would be rationed if every token were metered. The second is privacy: mailboxes, client threads and business records are processed on our own infrastructure and stay in-house, rather than being posted to a third-party API.

It is the operating model applied to AI. The same reasoning that puts rigging and hauling under one roof at Badass Logistics puts the models on our own hardware: own the whole job, including the part that thinks.

Careers

Build systems people use daily.

Our engineers ship for real users who sit in the same office — dispatchers, publicists, recruiters. Short feedback loops, no ticket purgatory.
