Careers

We hire closers, writers and builders.

The Lahore office runs sales, media production and engineering for every company in the group, with client-facing teams working US hours. Everyone applies the same way, and everyone takes the same assessment — this page explains exactly how it works.

Role families

The work we hire for.

We hire into role families rather than a rolling list of vacancies. Tell us which of these fits you when you apply.

Sales & closing US-hours phone and email sales across the group — freight lanes for Badass Logistics, coverage campaigns for the media companies. You work verified leads from our own engines, in a CRM built for the job, with click-to-call from the record.
Content & media production The writers, editors and producers behind PR campaigns and editorial placements — publication pitches, feature writing to client approval, and the production work around podcast, radio and TV coverage.
Engineering Build and run the group's platforms — the transport management system, the CRMs, the AI email agents, payroll and the hiring suite. Your users sit in the same office, so feedback arrives on foot, not in a ticket queue.
Operations & HR The back office that serves every company in the group — the hiring pipeline, onboarding, attendance and payroll operations, employee records and documents.

How hiring works

One timed assessment. Everyone takes it.

Before any interview, every applicant — whatever the role family — takes the same timed online assessment. It runs on the hiring suite our own engineering team built, and we would rather tell you exactly what is in it than have you guess. There are five sections, and each one is timed on its own:

  1. A typing test — speed and accuracy, with paste disabled, so the score reflects your own typing and nothing else.
  2. An Excel data-entry task — accurate work in a spreadsheet against the clock.
  3. A live sales email — written to a realistic prospect brief, the way you would actually send it.
  4. A short written answer — a question answered in your own words.
  5. A second short written answer — a different question, same idea.

The format is deliberate. The assessment measures the work itself — typing under time, accuracy in a sheet, whether you can write to a stranger and be worth reading — rather than how polished you are in an interview. Candidates who do well move into interviews, and successful hires are onboarded through the same system.

Before you start Each section has its own timer and paste is disabled in the typing test. Take the assessment at a proper keyboard, in one sitting, with time set aside — it is measuring you, not your tools.

What we offer

A Lahore head office You work from 119-A, 3rd Floor, Commercial Lavandus Block, Bahria Town — the office that runs sales, media production and engineering for the whole group.
US-hours work Client-facing teams work the American business day — US markets, US clients and US freight, handled live rather than a day behind.
In-house tooling The CRM, the dialler flow, the agents and the payroll system were all built here. If a tool is missing, engineering is in the same building.

How to apply

One email starts it.

Write to hr.bdscorp@gmail.com with the role family in the subject line and your CV attached. Applications go into the hiring pipeline, and the assessment follows from there.

The assessment

Issued on request.

The timed assessment is not a public form. Email the head office and we will send you a private link. When you finish, the system gives you a single reference code — save it and send it back to us with your CV.

Where you'd work

The floor, honestly.

Third floor of 119-A, Commercial Lavandus Block. Open desks rather than cubicles, a wall map and time-zone clocks because the clients are American, and a library for when a screen has stopped being useful. Shifts run evening into night, Monday to Saturday.

The operations floor: open desks, a United States wall map and time-zone clocks
The operations floorSales and dispatch, on US hours, under a map of the states they cover.
The DNA PR studio wall inside the head office
The studio sideMedia production and PR work their own end of the floor.
The office library and reading nook
The libraryBooks, a bench and no screens. Used more than you would expect.
