How the group is put together
Each operating company in the group runs as its own business — its own P&L, its own leadership and its own market. Badass Logistics moves industrial machinery and oversize freight across the United States. DNA PR earns press coverage for founders and brands through publicist-led pitching. Publisive Media writes and places editorial features in tier-1 and tier-2 publications.
What they share is the layer underneath. One back office and one engineering team serve the whole group — sales operations, media production, HR, payroll and the software everything runs on. That structure lets each company spend its time competing in its market rather than administering itself, and it means a tool built for one company is available to all of them the day it ships.
Where it started
The group began with freight. Badass Logistics was established in 2022 in Kalispell, Montana, founded to remove the communication gaps that appear when a separate rigging company and a separate hauling company split one move between them. Putting industrial rigging and heavy haul under one roof — machinery moves, precision lifts, equipment setting, and oversize transport with permits and routing handled in-house — became the company's positioning: one crew for the whole move.
Media and publishing came next. DNA PR built a publicist-led practice around targeted publication pitches, contributor opportunities and broadcast placement, and Publisive Media turned editorial placement itself into a product — the client picks the publication, shares the story, and approves the feature before it goes live. Different markets, but the same instinct: take responsibility for the finished result, not a slice of it.
The operating model
Own the whole job rather than handing it between vendors.
That idea runs through everything the group does. On a freight job it means the crew that rigs the machine is the crew that hauls it, so nothing is lost at a handover. In the media companies it means the pitch, the writing and the client approval sit with one accountable team. And in software it means we build the transport management system, the CRMs, the AI agents and the payroll platform ourselves instead of renting a pile of SaaS and bending the business around it.
Lahore, on US hours
The head office is at 119-A, 3rd Floor, Commercial Lavandus Block, Bahria Town, Lahore. It runs sales, media production and engineering for the whole group, and the client-facing teams work US hours — so a shipper in Montana or a founder in New York deals with people who are at their desks during the American business day, backed by an engineering team in the same building.
Leadership
BDS Corp is privately held. A small group leadership team, based at the Lahore head office, sets the operating standard, allocates resources and directs the engineering roadmap. Day to day, each operating company is run by its own management, accountable for its own results.
